Job Description:
Handle entire operation related to floor support, quality, mgmt, supervision. Function as process head dealing with client directly &managing requirements.Team handling experience in an International BPO for at least 3-4 yrs at managerial level.
Desired Profile:
Excellent communication skills. SHould have worked as a Manger for 2-3 years in an International BPO. Leadership qualities.Ready to join immediately.Should be comfortable working in night shifts.Dynamic and quick witted,ability to take desicions.
Minimum Experience: 5years
Maximum Experience: 8 years
